Lenovo Z5 Pro Launched in China with Slider Design, In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, and 6GB RAM

Lenovo Z5 Pro officially launched in China with quad cameras and sliding camera design. It comes in Ceramic Black colour and starts at 1,998 Yuan ($290).

After launching the Lenovo Z5, the company has launched the new Lenovo Z5 smartphone in China. The Lenovo Z5 Pro comes with a sliding front camera module which is similar to the recently launched Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. The phone features a 6.39 inches Super AMOLED display with 95.06% screen-to-body ratio.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro features a features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor along with the Adreno 616 GPU. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of inbuilt storage.

The phone has 16MP + 24MP dual rear-facing cameras with f/1.8 aperture, dual colour temperature flash, HDR, PDAF, and much more. On the front, it has 16MP + 8MP dual front-facing cameras with f/2.2 aperture, infrared face recognition, and beauty mode.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro adopts Dolby Atmos, which has an excellent transient response and more realistic restoration of music sound effects. There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack on this phone.

The Z5 Pro comes runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo with Lenovo’s ZUI 10 on top. It packs a 3350 mAh battery. For network & connectivity, the handset has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. There’s also an In-display fingerprint sensor on this device.

The starting price of the Lenovo Z5 Pro is 1998 Yuan ($290) for the 6GB RAM / 64GB ROM variant. The model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will be available for 2298 Yuan ($330). The phone will go on sale from 10th November 2018 in China.
