Nokia 9 PureView Launched with 5 Rear-facing Cameras: Specs & Price

After many leaks and rumors, finally Nokia 9 PureView has been unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019. HMD Global’s Nokia 9 PureView is a high-end smartphone that comes with not dual, not triple, but five cameras at the back. There are five 12 MP rear-facing cameras with ZEISS Optics that provides exceptional dynamic range in every shot. According to Nokia, all the five cameras shoot simultaneously to composite the final image.

The new Nokia 9 PureView features a 5.99-inch QHD+ pOLED display with 2K HD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

In terms of camera, the Nokia 9 PureView has five 12MP cameras at the back. Each 12MP sensor has f/1.82 aperture. The first two sensors shoot in color and the other three are monochrome sensors. On the front, it has a 20MP selfie camera with display flash.

Nokia 9 PureView is water and dust resistant with the IP67 rating. The dimensions of the phone are 155mm x 75mm x 8 mm. Its weight is 172g.

Nokia 9 PureView Price & Availability

The Nokia 9 PureView is priced at €599 or $699 (around Rs 50,000). The phone will be available from March 2019. And strangely, this 5-camera smartphone will come in only one color – Midnight blue.
